Aventa TT Acquires Major Consumer Business Line Broadening Consumer Reach

In a bold move, further solidifying Aventa’s presence in the market, Aventa Trinidad & Tobago has in recent weeks, successfully acquired an expansive new line of consumer business. 

On January 24th, 2025, Aventa TT proudly signed a contract with Unilever to manage all channels of its Personal Care trade, taking effect in April of this year. Securing this partnership is a tremendous milestone for Aventa and by extension the Agostini Group, opening new avenues for financial growth, expanding our portfolio and driving long-term profitability. This marked achievement was the result of months of collaborative discussions and strategic planning toward designing the best go-to-market (GTM) approach between Unilever and Aventa Trinidad & Tobago Limited. 

The Consumer team welcomes the strategic expansion, which positions Aventa to deliver an even broader range of products against evolving consumer needs. With innovation and growth at the forefront, Aventa is set to reshape the industry landscape, offering enhanced accessibility and quality to our customers. 

This exciting new chapter sets a firm premise for big growth within the Consumer Division, where an aligned team was installed to support this additional business. Aventa TT is thrilled to announce that Annastasia Gallan has been appointed Regional Market Development Manager, Chelsea Ramnathsingh promoted to Regional Brand Manager, Samantha Goorachan now leading all areas of channel management in the capacity of Sales & Business Development Manager, and Hima Ramsoondar, Sales & Marketing Administrator, heavily supporting on Unilever reporting. Trade Marketing Manager, Andre Butcher, has also strengthened our inmarket execution, where we’ve recently added a dedicated Merchandising team for the Unilever brands.

We are also proud to have expanded our footprint with a new subdistributor in Tobago, similarly managed by Samantha, servicing both the General Trade (GT) and Direct Trade (DT) sectors, so too opening opportunities for our other consumer brands. This expansion marks an exciting period of transformation and
