JOB SUMMARY:
The Sales Supervisor- Consumer is responsible for overseeing the promotion and sales of the Company’s consumer products to customers throughout all channels. This role involves strategic planning, relationship building, and the execution of sales plans to achieve the Company’s objectives.

Aranguez, El Socorro
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
SALES MANAGEMENT
- Prospect Identification: Oversees the prospecting effort to create a steady pipeline of leads for the Company; and creates strategies to enhance engagement customers.
- Opportunity Development: Supports the Sales Team in moving prospects/leads to opportunities and finally, sales.
- Order Facilitation: Works alongside the commercial team for order processing and delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
TERRITORY & ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
- Client Concerns: Leads the effort in providing excellent customer service and addresses client issues promptly to maintain positive customer relations.
- Actively manages the Company’s accounts to maintain long-term relationships, broaden market presence and increase sales to both new and existing customers.
- Maintains accurate and current files for each account and provides applicable monthly reports to Management.
- Stock Management: Proposes and implements sales activities to manage inventory levels.
PROBLEM SOLVING & SUPPORT
- Works alongside the Sales and Trade Marketing Teams to support the sales team with navigating product knowledge and placement strategies instore.
- Supports the sales team with handling competitive pressure through competitive intelligence and understanding Aventa’s unique value propositions.
COMPLIANCE & ETHICS – CREATING A CULTURE OF INTEGRITY
- Supports the Sales Team in understanding the Compliance Requirements related to the products offered by the Company. Works alongside other support Teams (Marketing, Finance, Quality) to provide continuous training and education regarding compliance and ethical standards related to selling of the range of products where applicable.
- Reports and assists with the enforcing of consequences for non-compliance with set standards.
COACHING & DEVELOPMENT
- Performs coaching with representatives to improve overall selling strategies and soft skills, documenting same.
- Identifies, coordinates and evaluates specialized training needs.
MOTIVATION & INCENTIVES
- Leads by example and creates an annual plan regarding proposed activities that keeps high motivation levels amongst the Sales Team.
- Works alongside the Sales and Business Development Manager to set and adjust incentives as required.
PERFORMANCE MONITORING AND EVALUATION
- Conducts daily visits with representatives to evaluate their execution of sales strategies.
- Sales Analysis: Reviews sales quotas and develops monthly sales plans for each customer to support the Company’s sales goals.
ACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
EXPERIENCE
- At least five (5) years’ experience in sales leadership roles
